In the late summer of 2016 Stefan A. Halper met with at least three of Donald Trump’s associates in England and the United States, bragging about his friendship with Russian spies who “can be very helpful to us at this time.”
Stefan Halper invited two men affiliated with the Trump campaign to events at Cambridge: Carter Page and George Papadopoulos.
As they listened to his tales of foreign intrigue and promises of illegal foreign help, what George Papadopoulos, Carter Page and Sam Clovis did not know was that Halper was not who he said he was. He was, indeed, a spy, but his handler was not the Kremlin – it was the FBI. Armed with leading questions and on at least two occasions a hidden tape recorder, Halper had been tasked by the bureau with finding dirt on the Trump campaign.
Halper’s undercover operation, which was documented in a report by the Department of Justice’s Inspector General, would prove largely a bust. Transcripts between Halper and Trump campaign officials would show that none of them took the bait, or appeared to otherwise be soliciting Russia’s help in the 2016 presidential campaign!
Even now, it might seem odd that the FBI made Halper, then a septuagenarian Cambridge University professor, a linchpin of its top-secret counterintelligence probe codenamed "Crossfire Hurricane." But a closer look at Halper’s life and work makes that decision seem inevitable. Stefan Halper is the Zelig of modern American political scandal – a chameleon-like, unusually ubiquitous figure who keeps appearing when mischief is afoot.
The former son-in-law of a top CIA official, Halper cut his teeth in the Nixon White House during Watergate. The New York Times identified him as the Reagan campaign’s point man in an alleged effort to spy on President Jimmy Carter, and he was later chairman of a bank that helped provide money to surreptitiously fund Nicaragua’s pro-American contra rebels during the 1980s.

Trump Lawyers:
1. In the run-up to the 2016 Presidential Election, Hillary Clinton and her cohorts orchestrated an unthinkable plot – one that shocks the conscience and is an affront to this nation’s democracy. Acting in concert, the Defendants maliciously conspired to weave a false narrative that their Republican opponent, Donald J. Trump, was colluding with a hostile foreign sovereignty.
The actions taken in furtherance of their scheme—falsifying evidence, deceiving law enforcement, and exploiting access to highly-sensitive data sources - are so outrageous, subversive and incendiary that even the events of Watergate pale in comparison.
2. Under the guise of ‘opposition research,’ ‘data analytics,’ and other political
stratagems, the Defendants nefariously sought to sway the public’s trust. They worked together with a single, self-serving purpose: to vilify Donald J. Trump. Indeed, their far-reaching conspiracy was designed to cripple Trump’s bid for presidency by fabricating a scandal that would be used to trigger an unfounded federal investigation and ignite a media frenzy.
3. The scheme was conceived, coordinated and carried out by top-level officials at the
Clinton Campaign and the DNC—including ‘the candidate’ herself—who attempted to shield her involvement behind a wall of third parties.
To start, the Clinton Campaign and the DNC enlisted the assistance of their shared counsel, Perkins Coie, a law firm with deep Democrat ties, in the hopes of obscuring their actions under the veil of attorney-client privilege. Perkins Coie was tasked with spearheading the scheme to find—or fabricate—proof of a sinister link between Donald J. Trump and Russia. To do so, Perkins Coie launched parallel operations: on one front, Perkins Coie partner Marc Elias led an effort to produce spurious ‘opposition research’ claiming
to reveal illicit ties between the Trump Campaign and Russian operatives; on a separate front, Perkins Coie partner Michael Sussmann headed a campaign to develop misleading evidence of a bogus ‘back channel’ connection between e-mail servers at Trump Tower and a Russian-owned bank.
4. Marc Elias, in his mission to obtain derogatory anti-Trump ‘opposition research,’
commissioned Fusion GPS, an investigative firm, and its co-founders, Peter Fritsch and Glenn Simpson, and directed them to dredge up evidence—actual or otherwise—of collusion between Trump and Russia.
Fritsch and Simpson, in turn, enlisted the assistance of Orbis Ltd. and its owner, Christopher Steele, to produce a series of reports purporting to contain proof of the
supposed collusion. Of course, the now fully debunked collection of reports, known as the “Steele Dossier,” was riddled with misstatements, misrepresentations and, most of all, flat out lies. In truth, the Steele Dossier was largely based upon information provided to Steele by his primary sub-source, Igor Danchenko, who was subsequently indicted for falsifying his claims. Even more damning, Danchenko had close ties to senior Clinton Campaign official, Charles Halliday Dolan,
Jr., who knowingly provided false information to Danchenko, who relayed it to Steele, who
reported it in the Steele Dossier and eagerly fed the deceptions to both the media and the FBI. This duplicitous arrangement existed for a singular self-serving purpose – to discredit Donald J. Trump and his campaign.
5. At the same time, Michael Sussmann, in his hunt for damaging intel against the Trump Campaign, turned to Neustar, Inc., an information technology company, and one of its top executives, Rodney Joffe, a fervent anti-Trumper who had recently been promised a high-ranking position with the Clinton Administration, to exploit their access to non-public data in search of a secret “back channel” connection between Trump Tower and Alfa Bank. When it was discovered
that no such channel existed, the Defendants resorted to truly subversive measures – hacking servers at Trump Tower, Trump’s private apartment, and, most alarmingly, the White House. This ill-gotten data was then manipulated to create a misleading “inference” and submitted to law enforcement in an effort to falsely implicate Donald J. Trump and his campaign.
All of these acts were carried out in coordination with the Clinton Campaign and the DNC, at the behest of certain Democratic “VIPs.”
6. While their multi-pronged attack was underway, the Defendants seized on the
opportunity to publicly malign Donald J. Trump by instigating a full-blown media frenzy.
Indeed, the Clinton Campaign and DNC—admittedly on a “mission” to “raise the alarm” about their contrived Trump-Russia link4—repeatedly fed disinformation to the media and shamelessly promoted their false narratives. All the while, Hillary Clinton, Jake Sullivan, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, and others did their best to proliferate the spread of those dubious and false claims through press releases, social media, and other public statements.
7. The fallout from the Defendants’ actions was not limited to the public denigration
of Trump and his campaign. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)—relying on the
Defendants’ fraudulent evidence—commenced a large-scale investigation and expended precious time, resources and taxpayer dollars looking into the spurious allegation that the Trump Campaign had colluded with the Russian Government to interfere in the 2016 presidential election.
The effects of this unfounded investigation were prolonged and exacerbated by the presence of a small faction of Clinton loyalists who were well-positioned within the Department of Justice and the FBI: James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, Kevin Clinesmith, and Bruce Ohr.
These government officials were willing to abuse their positions of public trust to advance the baseless probe to new levels, including obtaining an extrajudicial FISA warrant and instigating the commencement of an oversight investigation headed by Special Counsel Robert Mueller. As a result, Donald J. Trump and his campaign were forced to expend tens of millions of dollars in legal fees to defend against these contrived and unwarranted proceedings. Justice would ultimately
prevail – following a two-year investigation, Special Counsel Mueller went on to exonerate Donald J. Trump and his campaign with his finding that there was no evidence of collusion with Russia.
8. The full extent of the Defendants’ wrongdoing has been steadily and gradually
exposed by Special Counsel John Durham, who has been heading a DOJ investigation into the origins of the Trump-Russia conspiracy. To date, he has already issued indictments to Sussmann and Danchenko, among others, for proffering false statements to law enforcement officials.
As outlined below, these ‘speaking’ indictments not only implicate many of the Defendants named herein but also provide a great deal of insight into the inner-workings of the Defendants’ conspiratorial enterprise. Based on recent developments and the overall direction of Durham’s investigation, it seems all but certain that additional indictments are forthcoming.
9. In short, the Defendants, blinded by political ambition, orchestrated a malicious
conspiracy to disseminate patently false and injurious information about Donald J. Trump and his campaign, all in the hopes of destroying his life, his political career and rigging the 2016 Presidential Election in favor of Hillary Clinton.
When their gambit failed, and Donald J. Trump was elected, the Defendants’ efforts continued unabated, merely shifting their focus to undermining his presidential administration. Worse still, the Defendants continue to spread their vicious lies to this day as they unabashedly publicize their thoroughly debunked falsehoods in an effort to ensure that he will never be elected again.
The deception, malice, and treachery perpetrated by the Defendants has caused significant harm to the American people, and to the Plaintiff, Donald J. Trump, and they must be held accountable for their heinous acts.

This is expressed in the foundational text of Kabbalah, Sepher Yetzitah, or in English, the book of Formation.
In its opening paragraph, it states, “God created His Universe by three forms of expression: Numbers Letters and Words.”
This belief is in line with The Holy Bible. In Genesis God speaks the world into existence in 6 numbered days & resting on the seventh day and making it Holy.
Both God AND Genesis begin with the letter ‘G’, the 7th letter in the English alphabet.
In Kabbalah the practice of decoding words into numbers is called Gematria, AKA geometry in language.
To begin to understand the wisdom of Gematria and how the English language is encoded with it, we will start with the most straight forward cipher, known as Simple Gematria. Where A is 1, B is 2, C is 3 etc.
Using Simple English Gematria, notice each of the words in the cipher equals 74.

Gematria is about pairing words together that have matching numerical values & logical relationships.

"Day One Done"
Special Counsel John Durham ended day examining first witness, FBI analyst and supervisor Brian Auten, however he feels he needs about 90 minutes more.
The following text was noted prior to our lunch break but I did not have time to type it:
In reference to mentions of Wikileaks in the report, this is all related to "Source E."
Defense attorney Sears laments that this is a "recurring problem" that the government is trying to argue that Danchenko obtained all of his information from Source E; the information *may or may not* have come from Sergei Milian…
…and defense is suggesting that the government is purporting a "false impression" from phone calls the government argues Danchenko "never had."
Durham’s rebuttal: "Judge, you can read in the report that Danchenko said he had numerous calls with Sergei Milian." Durham asserts that it’s quite clear and admissible.
The prosecution references evidences that, "leaves little doubt" that the information in this report was attributed by Danchenko to Mr. Milian.
The government wants to address the motion in limine regarding email evidence in this case: communications (1st set) between Danchenko and Sergei Milian and (2nd set) between Danchenko and Charles Dolan Jr.
Government also brings up the January 2017 interview between FBI employees and Danchenko. It was abundantly clear that these two FBI agents were asking and seeking any and all Danchenko had regarding the Steele dossier.
Government argues it’s absolutely clear that Igor knew what he was being asked to provide.
Judge Trenga: This [evidence] relates to Milian but does it relate to Charles Dolan as well?
The prosecution brings up August 19-August 20, 2016 communications that Danchenko had with Charles Dolan. Durham says that evidence will relate to the Dolan emails. The FBI made it clear they were looking for information on sources of the Steele dossier.
Durham references June 15, 2017 for context regarding Charles Dolan’s relation to Crossfire Hurricane. "Crossfire Hurricane divergent to Mueller. They asked [FBI agent [Helsan?]] if he knew Charles Dolan."
Prosecution insists Igor knew Dolan and did have communications, however he did not turn over these communications; Durham says the emails became a matter of whether "Danchenko was being truthful or not."
Defense attorney Sears is concerned the jury will convict Igor for what he didn’t provide, not what he did provide. Defense argues Danchenko was not asked for these communications and that this context is unfair.
Sears admits the emails are relevant but they’re concerned that the jury will see that Danchenko did not hand over communications and find him guilty on THIS, not on his alleged false statement to the FBI.
Durham says the government does not intend to use this evidence to argue in the latter manner that Sears described. Durham insists the evidence will be used to prove that Danchenko knowingly and willingly made false statements to the FBI.
The prosecution then informs the court that they received emails at 12:01 AM last night (or early this morning, October 11, 2022). These emails were in Russian; allegedly between Sidorov(?) and Sergei Milian.
Durham requests that before they’re used in any way as an exhibit or in cross examination, there ought to be some basis established on the record.
Defense responds that the information proffered is an issue of materiality; suggests that none of it is to prove there is truth for issues. Judge Trenga says he will rule on the counterintelligence issue before opening statements.
Returning from lunch; it’s 1 PM. Court is back in session.
Judge Trenga brings the jury in. Trenga instructs: "An indictment is simply a charge; Danchenko contends that he is not guilty.
The government must prove the crime charged counts (1-5) including: Danchenko made a false or fictitious statement to the FBI, in making the statement, Danchenko was willful…
His statements were made within the jurisdiction of the executive branch, and his statement was material to the FBI, meaning it had the natural tendency to influence.
Government Opening Statement:

"This is a false statement case that Danchenko told to the FBI about [alleged] Russia collusion which the FBI would use in investigating alleged wiretaps.
Christopher Steele’s report alleged that Trump and his campaign were communicating with Russians. Danchenko’s lies played a role in the surveillance against an American citizen, [Carter Page].
The evidence will show that Danchenko was the primary source for the Steele dossier. Instead of telling the FBI the truth, he lied by fabricating a source and concealing a source. He claims he had a phone call that he believed was Sergei Milian; despite having no contact.
He claimed Sergei said that Trump’s campaign and Russian officials were communicating. These lies ended up in a surveillance warrant against a U.S. citizen., which was signed by a federal judge. Danchenko was Christopher Steele’s primary source.
In January 2017, FBI interviewed Danchenko; he was provided with an immunity agreement. The only requirement of agreement was that Danchenko (1) tell the truth, (2) not withhold information, and (3) not protect anyone in his interview. Note: Danchenko spoke excellent English.
The FBI’s goal was to identify the defendant’s sources for the Steele dossier and corroborate or refute the information in the dossier. One item in particular, Source E, ended up in four surveillance warrants against a U.S. citizen.
The defendant told FBI he reached out to Milian on 2 different occasions. Despite getting no response, he claimed that he received a 10-15 minute call in July of 2016 from an anon Russian male, who Danchenko claimed was Sergei Milian. The gov’t will prove there was never a call.
Milian allegedly told Danchenko that Paul Manafort & Carter Page were involved in this "[scheme]," and that Kremlin (Vladimir Putin) would help get Trump elected. During this purported call with Sergei Milian in late July of 2016. Danchenko was paid by FBI to provide info.
Danchenko repeated these lies [multiple times]: he never received a call from Sergei Milian, never received a 10-15 minute call from an anonymous caller.
Between July and August 2016, emails and phone records will show that Danchenko never received a call from Sergei Milian nor did the 10-15 minute call from an anonymous individual in late July of 2016 ever occur.
FBI agent [Helsan(?)], the "handling agent," conducted interviews with Danchenko. FBI agent James will show when Danchenko wanted someone to call them he’d tell them exactly which phone app to use.
The information that Danchenko lied about led to a surveillance warrant against Carter Page. FISA, which stands for Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act warrant, is the exact term.
Using this tool, the FBI can monitor calls and emails in real time of individuals who are believed to work for foreign governments. Mr. Page was never charged with any crime.
The FBI has an obligation to inform the court of anything that may be wrong or misrepresented in FISA warrants. The government and the FBI surveilled Carter Page for nearly a year. Danchenko’s lies about Milian affected counts 2-5 of the indictment.
On June 15, 2017, Danchenko concealed the source of his info and denied speaking to Charles Dolan. However, his communications tell another story. On August 19, 2016, Danchenko asked Dolan to give him anything he had on Paul Manafort.
Then the info that Dolan provided ended up in Steele’s report two days later. Why was Danchenko’s lie about Charles Dolan important? Dolan was the only current U.S.-based source of the Steele dossier.
On June 15, 2017, Danchenko lied to FBI special agent Helsan and said that he did not speak to Dolan about anything specific that was in the dossier. However, on two separate occasions in June and October of 2016, Charles Dolan was with Danchenko in Moscow.
Dolan maintained a relationship with many Russian officials while he worked in public relations as a longtime DNC operative, from Jimmy Carter’s administration to the present day.
You will hear testimony from four FBI agents. What were Dolan’s connections for the dossier? FBI employee Brittany [Herzog(?)] who prepared a lengthy report, Danchenko and Dolan’s connections with Russian sources, Kevin Helsan, his handling agent.
The FBI never interviewed Charles Dolan despite Helsan wanting to interview Dolan.
The FBI relies on human sources, and when they lie it affects the investigation. The FBI should have taken certain actions but they also may have covered up the defendants lies. The jury [must decide] whether Danchenko lied to the FBI and whether those lies were protected.
Defense Opening Statement
Defense attorney Danny Onorato insists Danchenko is not guilty and did not lie to the FBI. They say the government has no evidence to argue their case.
Danchenko worked as a business analyst for Christopher Steele, and in November 2016 he gave this info to Steele. Danchenko met with the FBI and voluntarily provided information.
In reference to Government Exhibit 118, the immunity letter, the defense accuses the government of lying regarding what was stated in immunity.
Onorato says Danchenko told Agent Helsan that he had not spoken to Dolan about anything specific in the Steele dossier.
The defense says that the government claims Danchenko’s phone records don’t indicate that he received a phone call from Sergei Milian, but asserts the government did not check phone apps.
In relation to Crossfire Hurricane, prior to July 2016, the FBI was contacted by a "friendly foreign" contact regarding a high level person in the Trump campaign, GeorgePapaD.
In December of 2016, the FBI found out that Danchenko had talked to Christopher Steele. The defense argues that anything that occurred between August 2016 and January 2017 had nothing to do with Danchenko, arguing he cooperated extensively as a confidential human source.
Prior to Danchenko’s interviews with the FBI (January 24-26, 2017) the Steele dossier was published to Buzzfeed on January 10, 2017.
Onorato claims that the FBI agents never asked Danchenko a single question about Report 105, which is all about Charles Dolan; the defense asks, so how is this relevant?
In May of 2016, the defense asserts that Russian journalists and Danchenko had a conversation that led Danchenko to be in communication with Sergei Milian. July 21, 2016, Danchenko allegedly emailed Milian.
Defense says the government has to prove that the phone call(s) later on did not occur on phone apps. Danchenko told the FBI he traveled to NYC with his daughter on July 26, 2016. Milian reportedly agreed to meet but did not show up.
Defense says Danchenko tried to make a real estate deal with Milian that never came to fruition. Onorato asserts that Danchenko drew common sense conclusions based on facts and conveyed this to FBI agent Helsan.
The defense says FBI Supervisor Brian Auten is going to say Danchenko didn’t lie based on his discussions about the defendant. Agent Helsan reportedly held a "basic, rudimentary conversation" with Danchenko about Charles Dolan.
The defense says the Special Counsel "came up with" a "written email exchange" from August 2016. Onorato mentions that on August 12, 2019, FBI Agent Helsan wrote: "Danchenko’s reporting will have serious national security implications."

Age of The Ballot Hustle....
One thing that stands out in similarity to the 2020 general election is the difference between ballots and votes.
Insofar as electioneering is concerned, where votes were the focus, the Biden administration suffered losses. However, where ballots were the focus, the Biden administration won.
Since the advent of ballot centric focus through mail-in and collection drop-off processes, votes have become increasingly less valuable amid the organizers who wish to control election outcomes.
As a direct and specific result, ballot distribution, assembly, collection and return has become the key to Democrat party success.
The effort to attain votes for candidates is less important than the strategy of collecting ballots.
It should be emphasized; these are two distinctly different election systems. Ballots -vs- Votes
The system of ballot distribution and collection is far more susceptible to control than the traditional, now arcane, system of votes physically cast at precincts.
A *vote* cannot be cast by a person who is no longer alive, or no longer lives in the area. However, a *ballot* can be printed, distributed, completed and returned regardless of the status of the initially attributed and/or registered individual.
'Votes' and 'Ballots' are two distinctly different things.
Votes require physical action from people, are difficult to manage and costly for electioneering. Ballots require systems, easier to manage and are more cost effective.
While ballots and votes originate in two totally different processes, the end result of both “ballots” and “votes,” weighing on the presented election outcome, is identical.
The controversial 2020 election showed the result of making ‘ballots’ the strategy for electoral success.

With that knowledge, Dems start studying Manafort in 2014 really hard.....they forced FBI to wiretap him....by 2015 they started collecting dirt on Manafort....
At the same time, Carter Page was helping FBI set up an Oligarch....they used him and wired him to take down that Oligarch but later made deal for that Oligarch with Russia...
They used illegal surveillance to gain an edge on potential political opponents....not just Trump but Rubio, Bush & Cruz.....
But the CIA was creeping and crawling! The "Hammer" is not a surviellance system like what was told in March 2018....its actually called the "HAMR" and its a tool that can "throw browsers"....make it look like Russia hacked....
They purposely planted Carter Page.....used surveillance to peg Manafort early and made it look like Russia hacked.....
That set the stage for 2016....but Trump knew all of this because he had people watching too....Intel is important in big business!
When Seth Rich sent shit to Wikileaks....that was not in the plan....he was about to ruin everything they worked so hard for over the years....

Meaning he is claiming that GRU is responsible for the DNC hack & the Podesta Hack....interestingly The Clinton Emails are a different dump....often they are assumed to be part of the Podesta Email hack but they are not....Clinton Email hack & dump is never discussed.....media often lumps Podesta Email's with Hillary's and/or the DNC's....
So when Assange drops Seth Rich info....they will wiggle and say: "that only explains the DNC....Russia still hacked"....but Assange can push Vault 7 about the HMR aka the Hammer.....
If anyone backs him up on the HMR, which I think someone might....everything changes....imagine if everyone realizes that the CIA hacked the Podesta and Hillary emails but DNC was a mistake of theirs....that CIA/FBI made it look like Russia as part of a multi layered plot on Trump....and then sent spies, wire tapped, unmasked & tried to frame Trump Team members!
Again, and this is important, the "Hammer" aka the "HMR" is a computer tool that allows you to "throw your browser" so that you can make it look like Russia or China are hacking something when its really you!
Mueller says Mifsud was an agent of Russia. Not true. He was sent by FBI or CIA in connection with British Intel to set up Papadopoulos along with other spies like Azra Turk, Stefan Halper and Alexander Downer.
